Not day to day mate. No Chefs are too busy to go and eat out at those places.

Sure we do sometimes, I have been to some of the best fining dining restaurants in Australia to eat.

Mostly I am the person out in the kitchen with the brigade, preparing the food, and making your experience a pleasant one.
