Here's what I did: I moved away from the city. I looked around to make sure I didn't see any pawn shops, rent-a-centers, niggers, the cars were not junk cars, not too many fast food places. While I won't patronize Starbucks personally, I know Howard Shultz only puts them in areas where yuppies and gen-x live.

Do they still list school district reviews? Zillow does or did. School ratings are kind of indicative of poorly run area.

Like they are only source to check crime stats. Oh crack house next door it not really a crack house, anymore when you look at anything start from a point of sifting through the BS and Trust is something gained.
