It is possible with a nation full of people who are too lazy, too busy, or too dumb to think critically about things. The education system might be just as complicit as the MSM propagandists in undermining the country. Then there is the whole peer pressure thing where people who do manage to see through the BS are reluctant to speak up about it because they don't want to be outcasts.
