I'm just another person on the site who likes to back up and archive things before viewing them in case they disappear quickly, as things do tend to disappear quickly.

This works out also as I then have the backup and/or archive handy to post in case it was something worth sharing. I also like to "pay-it-forward" - you had provided the link for me and others and I already had the backup/mirror made, so it only takes a few seconds to share them for others in case they may be of use to them.

Actually, I've been bitched at many times for providing mirrors for things that some people felt that "the site/channel deserves the traffic", which is not the only reason to archive articles and videos, but for most too many people everything comes down to being about "money" and not about preserving and sharing information.

(edit: Yes, I realize saying "pay-it-forward" itself, despite being 'good', also comes down to and has a basis in being related to money. That is how ingrained kikes have woven usury into the societies of the world to where language and actions are warped to such a degree that even being helpful to or doing a good deed for another as was done for you is considered repayment of a debt instead of simply being a good person who is staying true to the principles instilled in you by your parents.)

It's good that you back things up - I can't tell you how much has been scrubbed from government agency files.

As far as the sites deserving traffic, there are very few that do, and my bet is most people use the original links until the original has been taken down - at which time the creator isn'y earning revenue from the site anyway.
