This is some low-tier Milli Vanilli shit right here. Given the lack of coordination as a group, a lack of any visible lapel mic or battery packs, no visible booms, a decent mix of the music/vocals, masks on most but not all faces....I'd have to guess most, if not all, are lip-synching.
Without each person mic'd individually, I can't imagine any other way to get such a clean and balanced mix, especially if we're to believe this was performed live.
