Maybe. Except the people most likely to ally with him won’t take it, his enemies will, and supposedly the plan was to lock the entire country down until we had vaccines.
I’m Q-skeptical and not a Trump fan but there are scenarios in which this is all part of the behind-the-scenes mechanisms. If he warp-sped vaccines that would end up wiping out our enemies I’d have a lot more respect for him.
