There's no precedent for vaxx mandates at the federal level PERIOD! ITS A 10TH amendment issue. If scotus ignores this its game over for the usa

if they allow it to stand OSHA will become an insanely powerful tool, basically giving the federal government authority to do anything to anyone that has a job
