lol, hear a challenge to what is an obvious and complete violation to the foundation of the country.

this is ass-backwards. shouldn't the challenge have been when the mandate was first brought up? how in the fucking world to you get to install something so opposed to the rights of the citizens, but then to get it removed have to make your case? this is such bullshit and everyone who violated our rights should be on trial. Medical safety is not a reason, that's garbage and is being used to circumvent the entire rule of law.

i'd argue that Biden and his admin. are now harming the safety of the country and ought to be removed. If it doesn't work both ways it's a lie.

The three Trump appointees abstained due to conflict of interest, as they should. This unfortunately left a Democrat majority deciding to dismiss.

I have hope that with all of them on panel, they’ll manage to do the right thing. If they don’t, all is legitimately lost for any type of peaceful resolution
