They sure are upset with Manchin - must be some real treats in that BBB that he's preventing them from getting their claws on.
They're portraying him as being anti-child-tax credit. He is not. All he's saying is that people who have zero earned income should not get a tax credit because they aren't paying taxes in the first place. No doubt, they want this child tax credit in place for all the undocumented immigrants who aren't working. Who knows where those billions would go?
