That;s not true that Trump was weak on HCQ and therapeutics. Peter Navarro said their main focus was flooding the market with therapeutics, which was stymied by Fauci and the CDC and all the other dick heads. The vaccines were not the main focus of Operation Warp Speed.
I hope you are right, it's the unthinkable to think Trump was too chicken to do the right thing or in on it with them.
He had a lot of power as POTUS, but he can't do everything, especially when everyone in The Cabal was against him. Peter Navarro talked about the therapeutics side of OWS on Bannon's show about a fortnight ago. Navarro was there with Trump co-coordinating the whole thing at that time.
The vax were coming regardless of what Trump did. He just saved the economy by getting them out early and getting things opened up again (Red October torpedo analogy).
