whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any state, territory, commonwealth, possession, or district to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the constitution or laws of the united states, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

This is a huge ordnance for Patriots. Use it as a saber. Thrust this in both civilian, politician and law enforcement's face when they deny you your rights. School board meetings, etc.

That is exactly why I posted this.. just please don't forget that most police officers are Veterans. use the term UN-LAWFUL orders if you need to to help them understand what you are saying (Color of Law is exactly the same thing) Military make us go through that course every year

And the word GUARANTEE is Keystone > Article 4 sec 4 US Constitution

where it says every State they are referring to all US Citizens within the BORDER of the Nation > Remember what was the US at the time this doc was written? did we have any territories? (Ford Island but they took care of that ) Did the US have any Official Embassies? ( we used hotels and staying with people in certain countries at that time) as we gained both of those SCOTUS ruled they too fell under the definition of States of the Union because their borders are also the borders of the United States of America
