There's simply nothing they can do about it. Much of it has to do with the attitude and demeanor of your average white European person. They're a bunch of beta male dorks. There are many things they COULD do, theoretically. They could pick up a legally owned gun or bow and arrow, they could grab a sword. One could always surprise someone and take their weapon. European nations have firearms, no guarantee they'd be able to leverage them but if all you care about is getting a gun, you can get one. I find it hilarious that people don't have riot gear since they are constantly ending up in situations where that would really help. Why don't they have it? Because they don't REALLY want to have or use these things. If that was your only goal in life, you'd be able to pull it off. They're not tough people and they don't really care that much. The only life experience they have is taking it up the butt. lol
