In Philly it took a big hurt. I'm proud of them. Last two (?) rounds of winter it was near pure mask usage. Grannies n' shit harrassing you IN THE STREET to wear it. Really odd and quite frankly traumatizing experience to be the only person not wearing a mask... for years. Watching their care level die to outright seemingly seeming beamingly happy you're not wearing even when they and everyone else in the store is.
