Sounds correct to me! I just went out to look an the only thing I see is a half moon. Its really cloudy and its 8:37pm est. Unless its a blue beam darpa thing....I would have to agree with your assessment 100%.

Damn Darpa clowns! If they dont give me a blue beam show Im gonna be totally pissed!
