He can't make it up stairs, read from a teleprompter or hold in his ass gas in front of world leaders in very relaxed situations. There is no way he could read off a code under stress, he'd drop dead. Don't worry about it, he'll fumble it so badly that the incoming nukes will take you out in a flash and you won't feel anything.
