Shows a slowing increase in CO2 emissions but it most certainly hasn't been flat for the last 10 years.

Pandemic slowed down emissions in 2020, big time, and 2021 is quickly catching up and will likely surpass 2020. This will put us back on track to continue increasing CO2 emissions.
What the graph doesn't show is which countries. China: increasing. Nearly every Western Country: decreasing.
