I try to pay close attention to what he says about Milley and what Milley has said/done that has caused people to question his integrity, and that's what I see. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm trying to be careful to keep from drawing conclusions that are based on what might be purposeful deceptions. He did this with Jeff Sessions and a few others to control the reactions of bad actors and lead them into taking certain actions and thinking he's weak.
