I think it's kinda telling that some artist in Chicago made a poster with Obama as the Joker and got a visit from the Secret Service but these people are presumably walking around.
Also, on a conspiratorial note, they all sound like they've been programmed. They just keep repeating the same words and phrases. I worked in mental health a long time ago and clients did that. Exactly the same way.
