Judge's comment: "If boosters are needed six months after being “fully vaccinated,” then how good are the COVID-19 vaccines, and why is it necessary to mandate them?"
Obvious rebuttal: Moderna maintained efficacy with barely any drop off. Pfizer dropped all the way down to 38%. So the judge could just side with Moderna.
