No it is literally Fascism. State and private actors teaming up is by definition Fascism. We're on a path to communism without a doubt, but this is currently fascist. I don't know nor do I give a fuck if you believe fascism is somehow the opposite of communism or an opposition force. Both are authoritarian systems that do virtually the same things. The chief difference is that in communism the State owns the businesses, in fascism it's a partnership. In both cases you are at the mercy of those in charge and since they are all morally corrupt it makes zero difference if the tyrants are fascist or communist.
