You must first know your enemy correct? Going deaf and blind may tune it out. They effect and reach you regardless does it not threw others and policies others uphold shutting my eyes and plugging my ears that's the key huh. that sounds childish. Intelligent minds can intake and idea without accepting it. Staying informed and filtering out the shit that's the key..
