I found myself searching google maps for Zoro Ranch and noticed something strange. When you zoom in you can clearly see to the SE of the main building a square area of land with a green and red circular symbol with a blue center. This does not appear to be vegetation because you can see the dirt from the earth moving clearly over top. What I found even more strange was this area looked to be excavated and sure enough if you follow the dirt trail E and then N on Zorro Ranch road you encounter two MASSIVE (man made) piles of dirt that had been dumped. These piles are HUGE and represent a massive earth moving effort. I wonder what exactly is under that area?

According to drone footage of the ranch that was posted a week or so ago, the area with the giant circle that you're talking about is sitting on land that was built out as a foundation for the structure.

This image (which I found by following your directions) looks more like a small mining dig, or preparations for a building foundation on the left by taking earth from the right:
