Nigger was out on bail for about 6 charges - 2 of which were felonies - DA gave him a $1,000 bond which nigger payed cash.
Nigger was fleeing the scene of another crime - apparently a stabbing - and that's when he miwed down all those innocent children and elderly ladies who were part of the parade.
