This will be interesting because technically everyone has to sign a form to state they understand that by injecting themselves with this filth they are taking part in a trial... I don't know if that happened (because there's no fucking way I'm getting poisoned), but these people might actually have a case if they can proof there was no consent to take part in an experiment, even with the drug company's having immunity.
