I just witnessed the theft of many millions of dollars of public ocean beach, in one of the most expensive zip codes of the US. It was stolen by a corrupt judge and given to rich neighbors who don't want the public near their homes. Now the town will have to do a condemnation proceeding and pay market value to already rich scumbags, in order to get our public beach back.
