But then this prosecutor lost this case before it went to trial, had they followed State law the Star witness would have been arrested and indictments handed down by a Grand Jury. That fucker is glowing brighter than a full moon. His behavior looks like it would be by the book instructions on how to handle getting stopped. I watch those auditors and arrest videos, etc. And those people who study and try to be ready for police contact are nowhere near that composed. Plus his testimony on the stand looked like something from a manual, calm and cool even when trying to dodge if not outright lying. FBI or more likely CIA operating on homespun terrorism.
