Patriot, prosecutor reportedly also withheld evidence , which violated discovery. They had a better video of the event yet choose to use a poor quality one. I agree with the defense to request Mistrial with Prejudice. Time for the DA's Office to be investigated .

Update: like many, I suppose, i was very surprised the jury came back with a clean verdict of not guilty on all counts. Apparently the jury dismissed all the lies of prosecution.
