Binger compares the mob going after Rittenhouse without thinking it through to cops who are expected to do so. Cops are only expected to do so because they're trained for such situations. (And where were the cops?)
Binger calls them heroes for not thinking it through.
Then he admits he wouldn't have gone after Rittenhouse under the same situation, that his first instinct would be to not approach.
What the fuck???
He says that making the decision to go into that dangerous situation doesn't give up their right to defend themselves.
Of course not. But only fools with no means to defend themselves from a bullet would chase a guy with a gun who they know is going to use it to defend himself if he has to.
Comparing fools to heroes is pretty sad.
