From various lists of rights. Also, you ALWAYS double even triple check the med. I would double check and then have my partner on the truck check it too at times. (If they were still in the back of the ambulance and i had the time.) Only once in decades did i grab the wrong box, but the CHECKING prevented an error.

No dayum excuse for this. ESPECIALLY since it continued to happen. Run 'em through like a mill i am sure. No checking doublechecking.

Now here is a thought. Yeah, vaccines get a pass for any deleterious effects. That is another diabolical subject. The case here is faulty administration of a medication. The practitioner(s) epic fail. That would be the approach IMHO.

Lord help those who have suffered harm. Primum non nocere.
