The State and the Prosecutor knew this all along. They also knew the whole time Mr Rittenhouse was running away from them and not a threat. They also knew the three suspects chasing Mr Rittenhouse had no justification to pursue him as running away clearly shoes Mr Rittenhouse was not a threat. That means when the real world suspects pursued him, they became the threat. So how is this scumbag a State witness or a victim, and why was this State Scumbag witness not charged for the deaths because of their actions and threats ? And Why is the Prosecutor not being investigated for aiding and abetting in this cover up ? As the prosecutor was well aware a Convicted Pedo Felon grabbed Mr Rittenouse rifle, trying to gain possession of a firearm. Time to look at the prosecutor for charges along with the "State Witness ".

Exactly Patriot, he should have kept his head up his two point contact. The question remains whoever investigated this case and testified before the Grand Jury, could and should have made it clear. The Evidence showed Self Defense. And since normally LE does stay in contact with the DA, they should have made it clear the facts would destroy the States Case. That the DA and ADA would be on their own. We present facts not BS before the Grand Jury.

I just watched this poor kid have a meltdown on the stand. What they're putting this boy through is heartbreaking! There's no way any verdict besides 'not guilty' should be returned.
