It's almost as if the prosecutor wants to lose this case.

Amen Patriot, but we definitely need to look at the Prosecutor and the State. There should be Several Charges for Felonies on the Prosecutor and the "State Witness " coming out of this. Homicide for the twi deaths, then aiding and abetting, Fraud on the Courts. Talk about future prison brides.
