You get thrown into the gulag until someone can bring you a charger, new phone, or your phone from home. However, you'll need to borrow someone else's phone while in the gulag in order to contact your friends and family. Unfortunately there is no cell phone service in the gulag. Thankfully our better are kind and generous so you'll be freed from your Alaskan bug farm in a decade or so.
