You get thrown into the gulag until someone can bring you a charger, new phone, or your phone from home. However, you'll need to borrow someone else's phone while in the gulag in order to contact your friends and family. Unfortunately there is no cell phone service in the gulag. Thankfully our better are kind and generous so you'll be freed from your Alaskan bug farm in a decade or so.

I call bullshit. They can't even get all 50 states to agree on the information that is on a current DL. I have to have a special "enhanced" drivers license to get on an airplane, because my state's "regular" driver's license does not include enough information to comply with the REAL ID act.
