I still think we need to have an easier method of dealing with ‘Turncoats’ after any election of a political candidate......
One way might be to have the individual candidate to set out exactly what they stand for and or a party manifesto if you like, like the UK does..... but unlike the U.K. we should enforce it to keep elected officials in line with their election promises.... and when they break that ‘contract’ with the People they lose their seat and another election must be held or that particular politician must be compelled by his Party to stick to those statements and promises under which they sought our vote....!
Amen Patriot, I agree that needs to be addressed. because why would this be different from false advertisement ?
If only voting were still valid.
