Another attack on the 2nd Amendment , I wonder how the DA will sell to the jury the alleged Victim was a Convicted felon trying to gain possession of Kyle's AR 15 ? When this Convicted Felon knew full well he was not allowed by law to own or posses a firearm, and there were three attackers on Kyle. Who tried to run away until he fell down. And left with no other choice but to defend himself.
