The whole point of the letter and its wording was to give the AG an excuse to send out a memo to agencies to activate a draconian response against parents. Now that he has, they pretend that it was all a mistake in the way they worded it. We're supposed to think that they weren't in on a larger plot, even though they were. I wonder who guided them in how to word it?
