The Patriot Act allows Domestic Terrorists to be held indefinitely without bail or legal representation. When they start rounding up political enemies (like the 600 "insurrectionists") is when civil war will begin. Currently the DHS includes anyone who opposes Covid mandates and anyone doubting the outcome of the 2020 election. Garland and the FBI added parents at school board meetings concerned about masks, teaching hateful CRT propaganda, and showing gay pornography to kindergartners.
