The port problem is this: There are 24,000 fewer trucks than there were 4-5 years ago. Most had to be parked July 1 2021 because of new stricter CARB emissions rules. So containers won't leave the port as fast as is needed because of a shortage of trucks - containers can't be unloaded because there is no place to put them because containers don't leave the port as fast as is needed. EASTY FIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Allow older trucks that do not meet current CARB emissions enter the port. But NOOOOOOOOOOO our asshole idiot Governor has to clean up the air, the air that is cleaner then at any time in the last 50 years. Great job Greens and Idiot-Liberals!
