Sure, that's the parent's job. Mine did nothing even though my school was pretty much a prison. Later, they claimed "not to know". They knew. lol If you don't have the genes to be a juvenile delinquent, you don't have the genes to deal with these people on any timeline. It doesn't get any easier when you're an adult facing increased penalties with much more to lose. You have be a ruthless person because they'll never stop as long as they're breathing. Not the kind of person who speaks up at meetings, the kind that sits there smiling, then follows them home after the meeting. There is no point in arguing, negotiating with or even threatening evil; evil must be utterly destroyed. They'll keep doing what they're doing, until an even bigger, meaner group of bullies comes along and stops them.
