I live in socal and made this same comment in a post 2 weeks ago, Double the amount of trucks on the road ,freight train of trucks in both slow lanes on the freeway, from San Pedro to San Diego all day every day. (Not that they are all going south or north, both ways) I am commenting on the volume

States part of the problem is California regulations on emmissions which require a special chip in the trucks which are largely old and need replacing, but there is a shortage of those chips as well, and Gov. Pompadour won't relax the regulation because muh climate change
