The actual goals of any government program are generally the opposite of the stated goals.

Build Back Better: create jobs, cut taxes, and lower costs for working families

Translation: destroy jobs, raise taxes and increase costs for working families.

Build Back Better is more than just a US Democrat slogan, it is world wide, even here in Australia they often talk of 6uilding 6ack 6etter. It is a dog whistle to the globalists that the utterer is on board with their agenda. Exactly what they mean by "better" is horrifying, they plan to build hell on earth.
