Perhaps we need to get away from "the new normal" and "the old normal" and create an "alt normal" (sounds funny) where kids dont hafta have all that new shiny plastic. Kick Chy Na outta business. Make something. What did folks do before all the prefab stuff? This could bring more quality time to family time. I might not be saying it with eloquence, but i believe y'all can catch my drift. Was at a fren's house the other day. The floor in the living room was COVERED with a million little toy cars. WTH. More stuff for a kid than our whole neighborhood had. Freaking crazy. I make it a point to not add to his pile of things. We all go out for a woods walk or somethin'. Or a treat. But not moremoremore. It ain't all about the STUFF. Flip that table. I think i 'member playing with rocks and sticks myself. Liked to be outdoors. Had a fine time and did not know i was missing anything. i wasn't. Kill the hellavision while you are at it. Indoctrination device. Good start anyway. Said with only a half kek. I'm also serious. Enuff that i halfway fixed the punctuation. ; )
