Jacobson wasn’t even about natural immunity so I don’t know why it’s being used. It was about a shitty vaccine that almost killed him and his son and they needed to take a second dose and refused and instead of paying a 5 dollar fine they sued. No where in the ruling did he lose his job or was forced to be eliminated from society, masked, quarantined etc, he just had to pay his fine.
