That's all any of it ever is, a scam to rig the election or at least increase the odds of their reelection. Whatever it takes to avoid doing anything productive and take the maximum amount of money from those who do. Everything they say and do is a means to that end. That's why I just laugh when anyone thinks we can talk or vote our way out of this.
