IMO, before one has a civil war they should rise up peacefully and show their discontent towards the ruling class. Wars are costly and bring much destruction to property and people. Many unintended consequences. Look at the generation that followed the one that went through WWII. Those are the Clinton's, Sanders, Pelosi's etc.. of the world.
