That's crazy. There was only one crane being operated out of five when he was filming. If they want it done quickly, they need all those cranes running.

I'll throw a guess out there as to why this happened. Maybe the workers had to get the vaxx to keep their job, 80% died, now there's a "labor shortage". This could explain everything. Or, 80% refuse the vaxx, and are sitting at home.
