No way is Phoenix liberal. I've lived here all my life and I know. Downtown is definitely becoming a Sh*t hole though.

Uh. Phoenix has had a Democrat mayor for at least this entire century, most of whom were female. Phoenix consistently votes to approve liberal measures and propositions. Every single member of the city council (which is supposed to be non-partisan so no parties are disclosed) is female, and at least half of them are brown.
