How quickly we forget. one, It is too late. There is no legal way for him to simply be re-instated. Two (which should be one), There is not going to be any 2024 election and if we do make it that far in tact as a sovereign nation any election will result in the same outcome (see Newsom in California today) Trump knows all this and more.
There are a few ways for him to return. Legally and through to military taking over. Legally the Audits. Its not just Arizona they have been auditing. Its all all 50 states. If they just wanted the little scapegoats the audit would be out already. No they want the big fish. So they have to make sure their case is iron clad and syncs up with what space force has.
And dont worry to much about what Trump is saying about running in 2024. Its a distraction for the enemy. Never tell your enemies your plans
