I'm beginning to think that the only thing that will deter the illegal border crossings (drugs, children, adults, OTM illegals, jhadists, etc) is to hang one that's been caught and executed at 150ft intervals at the top of the wall. It might not stop it, but I'll bet it would slow the traffic to a manageable level.

The cartels pay border patrol agents to let the drug vehicles pass. They will still bust the non affiliated drug runners to make it seem like they are actually doing the job.
