Trump doesn't like fights. He did nothing the last 2 years of his Presidency to fight back against the impending Deep State take over. The only fight he likes is the one that makes him money.
While he isn't perfect, he was surrounded by rats and snakes.
He wasn't just fighting the big name politicians, the entire DC government is the swamp. That includes the intelligence community, the military, federal workers in every branch of the government, random people working in and around the capital.. They're were all against him. Also not to mention big tech, MSM, academia, and the rest.
Trump would order actions to be taken.. only for everyone in the system to stall, not do anything, or just subvert him at every opportunity. You cannot lead if everyone around you is going to betray and disobey you.
I agree with everything you posted. Trump was surrounded by a completely corrupt government.
Here is where I have a problem. You can't fix it alone. The Tea Party Patriots espoused everything Trump said way before he came along. Those are the people that were and are ready to fight the corruption. Did he pursue them? Ask fr their help? Ask for them to send in resume's?
I know this sounds implausible to do but it could be done if you were serious about taking on the Deep State. The Tea Party Patriots changed the House in the biggest change of Congress ever in 2010. What did the Republicans say? We need the Senate. In 2012 the Tea Party Patriots delivered the Senate. What did the RNC say? We need the White House too. Along comes Trump in 2016.
This is my problem with Trump.
